INTEGRATION AND AFTER SALES CARE

Femta provides full support at the point of installation to ensure optimal performance of your laser system. To be certain that your laser system is maintained in effective working order it is recommended to have it serviced once every 12 months. Femta engineers will carry out a professional assessment and service to ensure your system is fully compliant for your needs.

DAMAGE AND REPAIRS

In manufacturing processes no one is safe from incidents. Femta guarantees your system repair solution and alternate system can be provided to ensure steady workflow for your company.

OPERATOR TRAININGS

Femta provides full laser system trainings, covering everything from legal compliance, to safety features, though to practical use of systems and their parameters, so the client has the know-how at his fingertips. Trainings can be conducted either in Femta facilities or in client’s workplace. By looking after your machine, you can be confident it is working in most efficient way for you.

WARRANTY

All Femta products come with 12 months warranty period which can be extended according to your application needs. Within warranty period all unlikely repairs which are not related to incidents are free of charge. Warranty period covers free system maintenance and system calibration every 6 months.
